Adjust the T1 lenses until you find a clear and comfortable 3.5x view for the way you work.
Adjust the focus to your posture, not the other way round
With fixed focus, the body chases the image. With the T1 you bring the sharp point to the height and distance where you're already comfortable: your back and neck stop compensating for the optics.
Two independent adjustments, on the same frame
Focus adjustment: the barrels rotate and shift the focal distance — so you choose your working distance instead of inheriting it.
Interpupillary distance (IPD) adjustment: the horizontal rail moves the lenses apart or together until they match your pupils, so you see one single circle instead of two overlapping images.

2Slide the IPDMove the lenses horizontally and overlap the two fields until they form one clean circle. That's your setting.
It takes seconds and needs no tools. If someone else uses it, they reset it to their own measurements and you set it back to yours.
